Hearts Like Wild HorsesIt’s a rocky start when wild horse photographer Kit meets Colton, the rancher who intends to capture the mustangs. When they are set up on a blind date, the attraction is undeniable, and Kit’s friend convinces Kit to pretend to fall in love with Colton so that she can manipulate him into letting the last mustang herd remain free. As Kit gets to know Colton, she finds out things aren’t as simple as they seem, that real lives are at stake, and that she is no longer pretending to care about him. But they're going to have to save the wild horses if they want to save themselves.

Chandra Stevens lives on a small yucca ranch in Texas with her ruggedly handsome husband and their two dogs, three cats, four chickens, three donkeys, and two mustangs. In her free time, she enjoys reading every kind of book, weaving mohair cinches, and cooking elaborate gluten-free and dairy-free meals that are almost as good as the real thing. She suffers from hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and its comorbidities, but her sense of humor remains intact.
